Miodrag and Dragica Šikić, Knjajićeva 6, 22243 Murter (hereinafter referred to as
owners), are renting their house in accordance with the information available on the
website www.vrulje-kornati.com

1. Reservations and payment
Reservation inquires are sent by email. Reservation is only possible upon receipt of a
30% deposit, while the remainder of the amount will be paid upon arrival directly to
the owners. After the owners receive your reservation inquiry, they will send all the
data for the payment of the deposit. When the owners acknowledge receipt in
writing of the deposit to you, it shall be deemed to constitute acceptance and
confirmation of the reservation.

2. Price of the accommodation unit
The price of the house is in euro per week. The mentioned prices refer to a 7-daystay,
on Saturday to Saturday basis. If you decide to stay for two weeks, the price
may be rearranged.

3. Right of the owners
The owners may change or cancel the reserved accommodation only if prior to or
during the duration of the holiday, extraordinary circumstances occur which cannot
be avoided or removed, the owners shall offer the guest substitute accommodation.
The substitute accommodation shall be of the same or higher category than the
reserved accommodation. The difference in the prices between the substitute and
reserved accommodation shall be covered by the owners. If the change of
accommodation is not possible, the guest shall be refunded all monies paid.

4. Right of the guest to changes and cancellation.
If the guest wishes to change or cancel the reservation, this must be done by email,
after which the owners confirm the cancellation. If the reservation is cancelled 61 or
more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully returned. If the guest cancels the
reservation 31-60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not returned but the guest can
be offered a substitute term in the current year. If the guest cancels the reservation
0-30 days prior to arrival, or if the guest does not show up, or cancels the
accommodation after the beginning of the reserved week, the owners’ charge is
100% of the deposit.

5. Transfer
A regular transfer is carried out exclusively on Saturday from the owners’ address.
The guest is expected to come to the transfer place and be completely ready for the
transfer, not later than 11:00, so that the transfer could be carried out on time.
In case of delay, the guest is expected to contact the owners by telephone. Then,
the owners together with the guest consider the situation and decide whether the
regular transfer can be carried out or not. In case of the bed weather, when it is
impossible to carry out the transfer with our boat, the owners will provide temporary
accommodation for the guest, and carry out the transfer the next day. If the guest
insists that the transfer should be carried out on the same day, the owners will
provide a bigger boat for the transfer, and the guest may pay an excess fare.

6. First aid
On the Kornati islands there is no outpatient department or pharmacy. In case of
emergency, the guest is expected to organize the transfer to Murter where there is
an outpatient department. If it is necessary, the guest may ask for the assistance in
the organisation from the owners. The guest is familiar with this fact and travels at
his/her own risk.

7. Owners’ obligations
The owners’ obligation is to take care of the implementation of services, take care of
guest’s rights and interests in accordance with good customs in tourism. The owners
shall make sure that the guest gets all the services included in the rented
accommodation, and are, therefore, responsible to the guest for not carrying out all
or part of the services included in the rented accommodation. The owners will not be
responsible in case when due to vis major there are changes in carrying out of the
services or they are not carried out at all.

8. Guest’s obligations
The guest shall have valid documents, respect customs and foreign currency rules
and regulations of the Republic of Croatia, respect the house rules in the
accommodation unit, cooperate with the owners in good faith, completely cover
expenses to the owners for damages that the guest has made in the house or on the
rented boat. Amount of the damage will be evaluated by the owners. The guest is
responsible for expenses caused by disrespect of obligations.

9. Luggage
The owners are not responsible for luggage which is destroyed, lost, damaged or
stolen in or around the house, or on the boat during transfer or trip.

10. Travel insurance
Our prices do not include travel insurance.

11. Complaint solving
The guest is entitled to ask for certain remuneration for the services which are paid
for but not carried out. All the complaints will be solved on spot. Subsequent
complaints will not be taken into considerations.

12. General conditions
By paying the deposit or complete amount of the arrangement, the guest confirms
that he/she has read the terms and conditions, and that completely agrees with
